The easiest way to propagate bananas is with the help of "kids". As they grow, and especially after transplants, the banana has offspring or, as they are also called, "babies".
1. Let's plant a banana with two adults and two small "kids" that grow from the rhizome of the plant. We carefully remove the mother plant from the pot. To do this, press on the walls of the pot and pull on the trunk of the mother plant.

2. We clean the mother plant from the soil so that the junctions of the "children" with the "mother" can be seen. Grabbing the trunk of the "baby" with the roots, we very carefully break them off from the mother plant, trying not to damage the roots. After this operation, all plants must have enough roots to grow.

3. We leave the very little "children" with the "mother". We fall asleep expanded clay on the bottom of the pot and prepare the soil, see Banana transplant. If you don't have leafy soil, you can take garden soil, universal soil, sand, some ash and pieces of coal.

4. Mix everything thoroughly and fill up to half the pot. We insert the plants and fill in the soil around the circumference, shaking the pot to evenly distribute the substrate.

5. Spill abundantly with settled water until the water begins to come out of the drainage holes. We admire the results of labor.
