Maximum height of mature pine: 20-25 meters. Life expectancy is 500-600 years. Maximum crown diameter: 4-5 meters. Crown shape: in young pines - ovoid, dense; in adults it is umbellate with horizontal branches. Needles: dark green, 15-18 cm long. Growth rate: up to 30 cm per year.

Location: Prefers open, sunny locations. Grows on light stony, sandy and calcareous soils. Possesses high gas and smoke resistance, tolerates urban conditions well. Drought-resistant, does not tolerate stagnant water.

Applied: both a single tree and in group plantings in a garden and park area. Features of the variety: unlike ordinary pine, the length of the needles of this variety reaches 15-18 cm, its growth rate is slower, frost resistance is somewhat lower.
