Crown shape: spreading, wide, dense. Leaves: ellipsoid with a pointed end, 8-10 cm long, bright green in color.

Flowers: tubular, carmine red flowers, shiny, with a pleasant aroma. The flowering period is June-July. Growth rate: average, 15-20 cm per year.

Location: grows well in moist and fertile soils. Like other weigels prefers the sun, in the shade, flowering worsens. Tolerates pruning well. In winters with little snow, it is recommended to cover.

Used for: To create contrast in group compositions. In mixed plantings, as a hedge.
