Maximum height of an adult barberry: 1.4-1.5 m. Maximum crown width: 70-80 cm.
Crown shape: vertical, narrow, columnar. Leaves: rounded, fairly large, light green in color. Deciduous variety. Flowers: yellow. Flowering time is May-June. Growth rate: slow growing.
Location: undemanding to soils, but does not like stagnant moisture. Tolerates a haircut well.
Applies to: To create hedges, curbs. Looks great in single and group plantings.
