Maximum height of an adult rhododendron: 1.4-1.5 m. Maximum crown width: 1.3-1.4 m.

Crown shape: broadly rounded. spreading. Leaves: narrow elliptic, dark green, leathery, with a glossy sheen, 12-15 cm long.

Flowers: collected in spherical inflorescences of 10-15 flowers, pink-white with a ruby-purple spot on the upper petal. Flowering begins: late May - early June.

Growth rate: slow-growing, annual growth - 5-10 cm.

Location and care: Prefers acidic drained soils (pH 4.5-5.5). Loves moisture, does not tolerate drought. Does not tolerate fertilizers containing chlorine and lime. Mulching the soil around the bush is recommended. Protect from the spring sun. Frost-resistant (up to -30C).

Applied: as a single plant and in group plantings. Looks great as an ordinary on the background of a lawn, as part of a mixborder. Features: An evergreen flowering shrub with large flowers.
