Juniperus horizontalis Hughes

Maximum height of an adult juniper: 40-50 cm. Maximum crown diameter: 1.8-2 m.
Crown shape: creeping, carpet-like, branched. Needles: scaly, silvery-blue. Growth rate: average, 15-20 cm per year. Location: Loves sunny places. It is undemanding to the soil, does not tolerate salinity and stagnant water.
It is used: as a ground cover, for decorating rock gardens, balconies, rocky slopes. Features of the variety: Has a high frost resistance.
